We always suggest you call your insurance provider prior to your appointment so you know your personal coverage, as we do not have access to your plan coverage.  

Please be aware some plans may require a doctors note, if that is the case you will have to pay the treatment balance until a doctor’s note is granted.


Tonic Massage Therapy is not currently accepting new ICBC cases. 

Massage Therapists ICBC customers are able to access 12 pre-authorized massage therapy sessions within the first 12 weeks from the date of their crash without ICBC approval. Please contact our clinic prior to booking an appointment to ensure you first withing the ICBC guide lines and will not be charged for the appointment.
